Upon satisfactory claim, we will, within a reasonable time, at our option replace or repair defective parts free of charge. Charges for transportation, customs duties or taxes where applicable, installation, correcting defects or making additions will not be allowed, nor will we accept products returned for credit unless the return or correction is authorized by us in writing. Warranty claims will not be honored if, in Oxbo's opinion, such claim was caused by improper use, improper adjustment or failure to properly maintain the machine.
