REGULAR MEETING
October 2, 1996

The October 2, 1996 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
4:37 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President
Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President
Members Absent: Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary
Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director
Mrs. Joelle K. Smith, Recording Secretary

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Wednesday, September 11,
1996.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of Wednesday,
September 11, 1996.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Authority ratification for the Grant of Perpetual Easement.
Mrs. Kolata explained Crowe Chizek recently bought a building adjacent to their
main office and they want to connect them together electronically with fiber optic
cable. The wiring would need to go on property that the Authority owns. This
easement would allow them to install the fiber optic cable.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously
carried, the Authority ratified the Grant of Perpetual Easement.

Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Gammage and unanimously carried,
the Authority approved the Claims submitted for approval October 2, 1996
5. NEXT MEETING DATE:
The next meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is scheduled for Wednesday,
October 16, 1996 at 4:30 p.m.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Mr.
Gammage made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Wroblewski seconded the
motion and the meeting was adjourned at 4:42 p.m.
