Please find attached a Warranty Deed from the Sf. Joseph County Commissioners
transferring one parcel of Ironwood Drive right of way and one parcel of Lincolnway East
(SR 933) right of way to the City of South Bend. The Warranty Deed also grants
Provisional Right of Way for maintenance and use of a retaining wall along Lincolnway
East and a provisional right of way for maintenance and use of a storm sewer along
Ironwood Drive to the City. These pieces of property were purchased by the County as a
partof the Ironwood Drive railroad underpass constructed bythe County several years ago.
I have included a map showing the location of the property as well as a marked up
copy of the Warranty Deed so that the Board Members can see what property each legal
description covers.
