Habitat for Humanity in accordance with State and City procedures for the disposition of

The Board of Public Works has received a request from Habitat for Humanity to
acquire City -owned properties on Fremont and Linden, as noted in the attached paperwork.
Favorable recommendations for the sale of these lots have been received from the
Engineering Department, Community and Economic Development, Park Department and
Code Enforcement.
If you have no objections, the Board will proceed with the sale of this property by
advertising it for sale according to State statutes.
