AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF
TEMPORARY RIGHT OF ENTRY
Tech Data Corporation, being the owner of the real estate described below, gives the right,
privilege and authority, for the purpose Temporary Right of Entry onto and/or across said real estate
for the purpose:
Purpose of Entry: Improvements for construction and upgrade purposes to the property.
Property Location: A part of the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of Section 24,
Township 38 North, Range 1 East, Warren Township, City of South Bend,
St. Joseph County, Indiana which is described as Lot 5A as shown on the
recorded plat of "B.W. Business Park Major Subdivision First Replat" as
recorded in Document Number 0244209 in the Office of the Recorder of St.
Joseph County, Indiana. Subject to all legal highways, easements and
restrictions of record.
Duration: It is anticipated that all construction work should be completed not later than
May 15, 2003. Because of possibility of interceding factors beyond the
control of the City of South Bend, this Agreement shall be in full force and
effect until June 1, 2003 or the completion of the work, whichever occurs
first.
