Briefly, our existing 6' elevated deck is 20' x 24.5' (unskirted) and we would like to enclose 20' x 14' (unskirted). Because our deck was built in 1989 over a utility easement, we.were advised by Mr. Don Fozo to obtain an easement release from the South Bend Water Works in order to get a building permit. After many phone calls, we were instructed to send you this letter so that this matter can be placed on the docket for the next Board of Public Works Meeting.for.approval .
