Subject to all covenants, easements and restrictions of record and to a Ground Lease between the City of South Bend and Memorial Hospital of South Bend, Inc. dated January 23, 1998 and a Ground Lease between the City of South Bend and Riggs & Company, a division of Riggs Bank, N.A., as Trustee of the Multi -Employer Property Trust dated March 6, 1998, and leases with tenants of the commercial rental space on Michigan Avenue, which Ground Leases and leases are not assigned to or assumed by South Bend Public Transportation, Inc. and also subject to the Land Use Plan recorded by Grantor and other agreements of record with Grantor affecting the property.
