way lines depicted on Route Survey Plat for Fellows Street, City of South Bend Project
Recorded January 15, 1999 as Instrument No. 9901973 in the Office of the Recorder of
St. Joseph County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said lot; thence North 0 degrees 01 minute
00 seconds West (Bearings Assumed) 9.70 feet along the West line of said lot; thence
South 43 degrees 33 minutes 54 seconds East 13.06 feet to the South line of said lot;
