recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 56 and a part of vacated Keasey Street lying North of Lot 1 as
shown on the Plat of John Elder's First Addition to South Bend as Recorded to Plat Book 3,
Page 4 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, lying within the right of way
lines depicted on Route Survey Plat for Fellows Street, City of South Bend Project Recorded
January 15, 1999 as Instrument No. 9901973 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County,

long chord having a bearing of North 2 degrees 21 minutes 34 seconds East and a length of
