Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana and being all that part of land
described in Instrument No. 9544250, lying within the right of way lines depicted on
Route Survey Plat for Fellows Street, City of South Bend Project Recorded January 15,
1999 as Instrument No. 9901973 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County,
Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said lot; thence South 88 degrees 31
minutes 30 seconds West (Bearings Assumed) 13.00 feet along the South line of said lot;
thence North 51 degrees 56 minutes 13 seconds East 16.51 feet to the East line of said
lot; thence South 0 degrees 01 minute 00 seconds East 9.84 feet along said East line to
