Beacon Health Parking Lot
DATE: 02/28/2025
Change Order no. 1 for the subject project is a $200,000 scope addition, adding in backfill of the
basement area from a previous contract covering demolition of the former South Bend Medical
Foundation building (City project 123-076).
A $200,000 deduction from that demolition contract was approved by the Board at its February
11 meeting.
This change does not affect the July 3 completion date. Funding is available through the River
West Development Area TIF district, approved through the City’s Redevelopment Commission.
