RELEASE OF EASEMENT FOR FUEL TANK
Easement listed in Record Book #761, Page 57 and recorded on November 1, 1972, by the then
owner of the property, Arthur Schulman.
WHEREAS, the Fuel Tank Easement dated November 1, 1972, and recorded in St. Joseph County,
Indiana, with Arthur Schulman as Grantor and better know as property listed in Exhibit "A", attached; and
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has now purchased this property from Arthur Schulman and this
easement is no longer necessary or used; and
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend and Arthur Schulman wish to release the above described Fuel
Tank Easement;
NOW that said Release of Easement for Fuel Tank witnesseth that, the City of South Bend, as owner
of the property containing the easement described in Exhibit "A", and Arthur Schulman as Grantor of the
Easement listed in Exhibit "A" releases said Easement and all other rights thereunder, with the intent that
the Easement for Fuel Tank may be forever extinguished.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, that Arthur Schulman has been authorized to execute the Release of
Easement for Fuel Tank.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of South Bend, by and through its Board of Public Works has
so authorized the undersigned to execute this Release of Easement for Fuel Tank.

102.64 ft. to a point; thence S. 89029'14" E. a distance of 640 ft. to a point; thence S. 00°30'46"
W. a distance of 20.30 ft. to a point; thence S. 89029'14: E. a distance of 0.67 ft. to a point;
thence S. 00030'46" W. a distance of 84.60 ft. for a Point of Beginning; thence S. 89°29'14" E. a
distance of 15.00 ft. to a point; thence S. 00030'46" W. a distance of 46.00 ft. to a point; thence
