RELEASE OF EASEMENT FOR TRACK AND RAILWAY LINE
Easement listed in Record Book #761, Page 57 and recorded on November I, 1972, by the then
owner of the property, Arthur Schulman.
WHEREAS, the Track and Railway Easement dated November 1, 1972, and recorded in St_ Joseph
County, Indiana, with Arthur Schulman as Grantor and better know as property listed in Exhibit "A",
attached; and
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has now purchased this property from Arthur Schulman and this
easement is no longer necessary or used; and
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend and Arthur Schulman wish to release the above described Track
and Railway Easement;
NOW that said Release of Easement for Track and Railway wztnesseth that, the City of South Bend,
as owner of the property containing the easement described in Exhibit "A", and Arthur Schulman as Grantor
of the Easement listed in Exhibit "A" releases said Easement and all other rights thereunder, with the intent
that the Easement for Track and Railway Lines may be forever extinguished.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, Arthur Schulman has been authorized to execute the Release ofEaserrieut
for Track and Railway Line.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of South Bend, by and through its Board of Public Works has
so authorized the undersigned to execute this Release of Easement for Track and Railway.

A part of the S. E. 1/4 of Sec. 11, Twp. 37 N., R. 2 E. of the 2nd P.M., more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the N. W. corner of Tract No. 3 of the Studebaker Corp. Replat, as
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 184 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana;
thence S. 29°30'57" E. along the E'ly line of Prairie Ave., a distance of 179.51 ft. to a point;
thence S. 60°29'03" E. a distance of 64.34 ft. to a point on a curve convex to N. W. and having a
radius of 346.30 ft. and a central angle of 28°11'20"; thence N.E'iy along said curve an arc
distance of 170.38 ft. to a point; thence S. 89029'14" E. a distance of 85.40 ft. to a point; thence
S. 00030'46" W. a distance of 5.00 ft. to a point; thence S. 89°29'14" E. a distance of 13.40 ft, to
a point; thence N. 00030'46" E. a distance of 5.00 ft. to a point; thence S. 89029'14" E. a
distance of 27.50 ft. to a point; thence S. 00°30'46" W. a distance of 63.00 ft. to a point, thence
