Indiana, described as follows:

Park Place, an Addition to the City of South Bend, excepting therefrom a lot or
parcel of land 5 feet in width, North and South, taken off of and from the entire
width of the South end thereof, heretofore conveyed to the City of South Bend, for
street purposes.

subject to covenants, easements, restrictions, zoning ordinances, unpaid taxes of
record.
The undersigned persons executing this deed on behalf of grantor represent and certify
that they are duly authorized to act for the grantor and have been frilly empowered, by
proper resolution of the Board of Directors of grantor, to execute and deliver this deed;
that grantor has full corporate capacity to convey the real estate described herein; and that
all necessary corporate action for the making of such conveyance has been taken and
done.
Grantor warrants that no Indiana Gross Income Tax is due by reason of this transfer.
