Dedication for 6001 Miami Street. The document was recorded with the St. Joseph County
Recorders office on September 22, 2000.

Terry A. Wiseman and Mary Beth Wiseman, husband and wife, for themselves and their successors and
assigns and any and all successors in the interest of the below described real property, (GRANTORS), convey and
dedicate for use as public right-of-way, to the City of South Bend, Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in consideration
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as:
A parcel of land being a part of the east half of the Southeast quarter of Section 36,
Township 37 North, Range 2 East, Centre Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph
County, IN, Key number 23-1037-2088, and being described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the west right of way line of Miami Street
(extended) and the centerline of Johnson Road, thence south along the west right of
way line of Miami Street 1653.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
south along said west line of Miami Street, 324.01 feet to the north line of property
owned by Ralph J. and Teresa A. Breiler (Key No. 23-1037-2087); thence west 15
feet; thence north parallel with the west line of Miami Street, 3 24. 01 feet; thence east
15 feet to the west line of Miami Street and the point of beginning containing 0.14
acres, more or less. Being commonly known as 6001 Miami Street, South Bend,
Indiana.
GRANTORS certify under oath that no Indiana Gross Income Tax is due or payable
in respect to the transfer made by this deed.
Subject to all easements and encumbrances of record.
