John A.Solmos and Marie L. Solmos, husband and wife, for themselves
and their successors and assigns and any and all successors in the
interest of the below described real property, (GRANTORS), convey and
dedicate for use as public right-of-way, to the City of South Bend,
Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St.
Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as:
Key Number 23-1037-2083, A parcel of land being a part of
the East ;i SE. 1/4 Sec.36 T.37N. R2E., Centre Township,
City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said lot 5, also
being the point of beginning; thence West 15 feet along
the South property line; thence North 100 feet parallel
to the West right-of-way of Miami Road; thence East 15
feet along the North property line to the West right-of-
way of Miami Road; thence South 100 feet to the point of
beginning, and containing approximately .034 acres. More
commonly known as 6123 Miami Road, South Bend, Indiana.
GRANTORS certify under oath that no Indiana Gross Income
Tax is due or payable in respect to the transfer made by
this deed.
Subject to all easements and encumbrances of record.
