AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,200.00 FOR
CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND REPAIRS WITHIN THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA.
STATEMENT AND PURPOSE OF INTENT:
WHEREAS, funds are needed for capital repairs in the
Fire Department and new equipment for the Traffic and Lighting
Department. These funds are available through reductions in var-
ious line items throughout the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows:
SECTION I. That the following accounts be reduced as
