SPECIAL MEETING
July 28, 1995

The July 28, 1995 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
3:53 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present:
Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President
Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President
Members Absent:
Redevelopment Staff:
Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary
Mr. James Riggs, Economic Dev. Specialist
Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary
2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Mr. Riggs explained that the law related to Redevelopment Authorities allows for an
office of Assistant Secretary Treasurer. We have not elected an Assistant Secretary-
Treasurer in the past, but would like to do so at this time because the present
Secretary Treasurer is unavailable for extended periods of time due to an illness.
Mr. Riggs assumed the Chair for the Election of Officers and opened nominations.
Mr. Wroblewski nominated Mr. Andre Gammage to serve as Assistant Secretary-
Treasurer of the Redevelopment Authority. There were no other nominations.
Mr. Riggs closed nominations and called for a vote. The vote being unanimous, Mr.
Gammage was elected Assistant Secretary Treasurer for the remainder of 1995.
Mr. Riggs closed the Election of Officers and Mr. Wroblewski resumed the Chair of
the meeting.

3. NEXT MEETING DATE:
The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is scheduled for
Wednesday, August 16, 1995 at 4:30 p.m.
4. ADJOL1ltNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Mr.
Gammage made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Wroblewski seconded
the motion and the meeting was adjourned at 3:56 p.m.
