James Michael Bane & Jodi L. Bane for themselves and their successors and assigns and any and all
successors in the interest of the below descried real property, (GRANTORS), convey and dedicate for use as public
right-of-way, to the City of South Bend, Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, certain Real
Property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as:
Key Number 23-1037-2071, A parcel of land being a part ofthe West''/z SW. 114 Sec.
31 T.37N. R3E., Center Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indi
and being more particularly describe as follows: ana,
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said lot, also being the point of
beginning, thence East 10 feet along the South property line; thence North 100 feet
parallel to the East right-of-way of Miami Road; thence West 10 feet along the North
property line to the East right-of-way of Miami road; thence South 100 feet to the
point of beginning, and containing approximately .02 acres. More commonly known
as 6222 Miami Road, South Bend, Indiana.
GRANTORS certify under oath that no Indiana Gross Income Tax is due or payable
in respect to the transfer made by this deed.
