for themselves and their successors and assigns and any and all
successors in the interest of the below described real property,
(GRANTORS), convey and dedicate for use as public right-of-way, to the
City of South Bend, Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, certain Real Property

way of Miami Road; thence South 145 feet to the point of
beginning, and containing approximately .02 acres. More

GRANTORS certify under oath that no Indiana Gross Income
Tax is due or payable in respect to the transfer made by
this deed.
