DEED OF DEDICATION
Dale A. & Ruth V. Murphy (Revokable Trust) for themselves and their
successors and assigns and any and all successors in the interest of the
below described real property, (GRANTORS), convey and dedicate for use

for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St. Joseph County,
Indiana, more particularly described as:
Key Number 23-1037-2072, ' A parcel of land being a part of
the West 1,� SW. 1/4 Sec.31 T.37N. R3E., Centre Township,
City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said lot, also
being the point of beginning; thence East 10 feet along
the South property line; thence North 314.5 feet parallel
to the East right-of-way of Miami Road; thence West 10
feet along the North property line to the East right-cf-
way of Miami Road; thence South 314.5 feet to the point
of beginning, and containing approximately .072 acres.
More commonly known as 6232 Miami Road, South Bend,
Indiana.
GRANTORS certify under oath that no Indiana Gross Income
Tax is due or payable in respect to the transfer made by
this deed.
Subject to all easements and encumbrances of record.
