Community Development Salary Ordinance
June 1, 1981
1440 County -City Building
South Bend, Indiana 46601

Attached for your consideration is an ordinance fixing maximum
salaries for employees of the Division of Community Development for
the period July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982.
The Ordinance provides for a salary increase for all employees
of the Division of 4.56 percent plus $500, in accordance with the
policy previously established for other city employees.
You will note that eight positions listed under the Executive
Management section (all except the Director and Deputy Director) receive
additional salaries from other city sources. I believe that information
regarding salary sources and amounts for these positions was included
in the city salary ordinance. The Community Development portions of
these salaries have been increased only by 4.56 percent.
If you require additional information, please call me at
284 -9335.
