of South Bend; also a parcel of land lying North of and adjoining said lot Numbered 2
bounded by a line running as follows, viz: Beginning at the North Easterly or most Northerly
corner of said Lot Numbered 2, thence running Northwesterly on a line which is a continuation
of the North Easterly line of said Lot Numbered 2 a distance of 33 feet; thence running
Southwesterly 40 feet, more or less, to a point on a line which is the continuation of the South
Westerly line of said Lot Numbered 2; thence South Easterly along said line, 33 feet, more or
less to the North Westerly or most Westerly corner of said Lot Numbered 2; thence North
Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot Numbered 2, 40 feet to the place of beginning, all
