MEETING NOTICE
I. EXECUTIVE SESSION – 4:00 P.M., February 20, 2025 – Hybrid Meeting – 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., Suite 1308, South Bend, IN AND Virtually Via Microsoft Teams The South Bend Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in Executive Session prior to the Meeting of the Board for purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) for
discussion of pending litigation.
The Executive Session is not open to the public pursuant to Indiana law.
II. MEETING – 4:30 P.M., February 20, 2025 –Hybrid Meeting – 227 W. Jefferson
