AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES
OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR OF 1982.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That from and after the 1st day of January, 1982
the maximum salaries and wages for the following appointed officers and
employees of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 1982 shall
be no more than as follows:
