DEED OF DEDICATION --
John A. Desrosiers for himself and his successors and assigns and
any and all successors in the interest of the below described real
property, (GRANTORS), convey and dedicate for use as public right-of-
way, to the City of South Bend, Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St. Joseph County,
Indiana, more particularly described as:
Key Number 18-8155-5578. A parcel of land being a part
of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 37
North, Range 2 East, Portage
Township, City of South
Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana,

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said lot, being

a point on the existing West right-of-way line of
Locust Road, also being the

South along the right-of-way line for

approximately 192 feet to the Southeast corner of the

West 10 feet along the South lot line; thence
North a distance
of approximately 192 feet and parallel
to the existing West right-of-way of Locust
Road to the
North lot line; thence East 10 feet to the point of
beginning,
