DEED OF DEDICATION
Charles W. Van Vynckt and Barbara Van Vynckt, husbandtand wife.'fo-r
themselves and their successors and assigns and any and all successors
in the interest of the below described real property, (GRANTORS), convey
and dedicate for use as public right-of-way, to the City of South Bend,
Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St.
Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as:
Key Number 18-8153-5532. A parcel of land being a part
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 37
North, Range 2 East, Portage Township, City of South
Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said lot, being
at a point on the existing West right-of-way line of
Locust Road, also being the point of beginning; thence
South along the right-of-way line for a distance of
approximately 50.5 feet to the Southeast corner of the
lot; thence West 10 feet along the South lot line; thence
North a distance of approximately 50.5 feet and parallel
to the existing West right--of-way of Locust Road to the
North lot line; thence East 10 feet to the point of
beginning, and containing approximately .01 acres. More
commonly known as 2915 Locust Road, South Bend.
GRANTORS certify under oath that no Indiana Gross Income Tax is due
or payable in respect to the transfer made by this deed.
Subject to all easements and encumbrances of record.
