real property, (GRANTOR), conveys and dedicates for use as public
right-of-way, to the City of South Bend, Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and
in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St. Joseph County,
Indiana, more particularly described as:Ln
