of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 37 AL
North, Range 2 East, Portage Township, City of South

particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said lot, being
at a point on the existing West right--of-way line of
Locust Road, also being the point of beginning; thence
South along the right-of-way line for a distance of
approximately 83.1 feet to the Southeast corner of the
lot; thence West 10 feet along the South lot line; thence
North a distance of approximately 83.1 feet and parallel
to the existing West right-of-way of Locust Road to the
North lot line; thence East 10 feet to the point of
beginning, and containing approximately .019 acres. More
