any and all successors in the interest of the below described real
property, (GRANTOR), conveys and dedicates for use as public right-
ot-way, to the city of South Bend, Indiana, (GRANTEE) for andir,
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St. Joseph County,
Indiana, more particularly described as:
Key Number 18-8154--5537. A parcel of land being a part
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 37
North, Range 2 East, Portage Township, City of South
Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the said lot, being
at a point on the existing East right-of-way line of
Locust Road, also being the point of beginning; thence
South along the right-of-way line for a distance of
approximately 67.5 feet to the Southwest corner of the
lot; thence East 10 feet along the South lot line; thence
North a distance of approximately 67.5 feet and parallel
to the existing East right-of-way of Locust Road to the
