This increase is for grant year 1980 -81 only. According to supplemental grant guidelines $2,775.00 must go for training activities. The remaining $775.00 must be used as a cost of living adjustment allowance. Therefore, I am requesting that Instruction be increased by $2,775.00 and that Personnel be increased by $775.00 in accordance with federal guidelines. Thank you.
