The December 6, 1994 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order
at 4:34 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski., There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President
Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary
Members Absent: Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President
Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director
Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Tuesday, November 15,
1994.
Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of
1~esday, November 15, 1994.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Authority approval requested for Deed of Dedication for F. Jay Nimtz
Parkway.
Mrs. Kolata explained that as part of the official dedication of F. Jay Nimtz
Parkway, the City must own the land on which the road is built. This deed
conveys the land to the City of South Bend. F. Jay Nimtz Parkway replaces a
portion of Old Cleveland Road.

Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Deed of Dedication for F. Jay Nimtz
Parkway.

3. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.)
b. Authority approval requested for Affidavid of Project Completion for
Blackthorn Golf Course.
Mrs. Kolata noted that one of the requirements of the bond with which
Blackthorn Golf Course was built is that an Affidavit of Project Completion be
issued stating that the project has been completed as described in the Lease.
The golf course construction is complete and we need to do this.
Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Affidavit of Project Completion for
Blackthorn Golf Course.
(Should I change the name of the document in title (b) to Affidavit, etc., instead of
Project Completeion Certificate?)
4. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
• Claims submitted for payment December 6, 1994:

South Bend Parks Department $ 18,435.00
Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried,
the Authority approved the Claims submitted December 6, 1994.
5. NEXT AUTHORITY MEETING
The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is scheduled for December
20, 1994 at 4:30 p.m.
6. ADJO
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Ms.
Ferlic made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Wroblewski seconded the
motion and the meeting was adjourned at 4:37 p.m.
