The lawsuit filed September 26, 1979 in St. Joseph Superior Court, Freeman -Spicer et al vs. Chrysler Corporation et al, Cause No. K-6551, which was removed to federal court on October 18, 1979, was disposed of in favor of Freeman -Spicer Company, Inc. many years ago.
