GAMMON !A Z Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 7068 -82 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $260,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R & S 8203, ARDMORE TRAIL WIDENING AND SIGNALIZATION PROJECT, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to bring Ardmore Trail up to the standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs and to provide a safer roadway for the con - jested area, certain improvements have been proposed. Funds are now needed for engineering, construction and right -of -way costs for these improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: PROJECT NO.
