alleyway purposes to the CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, the Grantee, for
and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Real
Estate located in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, more
particularly described as follows:

A part of Lot 13 and a part of Lot 14 and the West 6 feet of Lot 15 as
shown on the plat of the Lindbergh Park Subdivision to the City of
South Bend, Indiana, recorded on June 5, 1928, in Plat Book 12, Page
194, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana,
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot 13, being a point on the
east right--of-way line of S. Dale Street, thence east along certerline
of vacated alley, a distance of 43 feet, thence south a distance of 7
feet, then east along the south line of vacated alley, a distance of
43 feet, thence north to the northwest corner of said lot, a distance
of 7 .feet, back to the Point of Beginning.
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 14, thence east along
the centerline of vacated alley, a distance of 48 feet, thence south a
distance of 7 feet, thence west along the south line of the vacated
alley, a distance of 48 feet, thence north to the northeast corner of
said lot, a distance of 7 feet, back to the Point of Beginning.
