ELIZABETH R. DICKSON, individually, and as widow of James M.
Dickson, the Grantor, conveys and dedicates for alleyway purposes to
the CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, the Grantee, for and in consideration
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Real Estate located in St.
Joseph County, State of Indiana, more particularly described as
follows;
Key No. 18-7135-4826
A part of Lot 208 as shown on the plat of Charles Weidler's Second
Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, recorded on May 6, 1921,
in Plat Book 10, Pages 146-147, in the Office of the Recorder of St.
Joseph County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 208, being a point on
the east right-of-way line of S. Dale Street, thence north a distance
of 7 feet, thence east long the north line of vacated alley, a
distance of 43 feet, thence south to the centerline of vacated alley,
a distance of 7 feet, thence west along the centerline of vacated
alley, a distance of 43 feet, back to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to all easements and encumbrances of record.
