DECREE AS TO ASSETS .AND LIABILITIES
' This cause comes on for hearing upon Husband's Petition to Settle
Property. Husband appears in person and by counsel. Wife fails to appear
and is defaulted. Evidence is adduced. And the Court having considered said

evidence and It being otherwise duly advised in the premises now finds:
1. That the parties accumulated certain real estate and personal
property during the marriage which should be divided between them in a just
and reasonable manner as is more particularly set out hereinafter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the property of
the parties be distributed pursuant as follows:
1. Perry N. Lawson shall become the sole owner of the former
family dwelling located at 223 Fox Street in South Bend, St. Joseph County,
Indiana. He shall pay and indemnify the Ellie G. Lawson as to the balance of
the mortgage obligation due and owing thereon to Waterfield Mortgage Company.
Upon entry of this decree the Ellie G. Lawson shall no longer have any
interest whatsoever in said real estate. The legal description of said real
estate is as follows:
Lot Numbered Two Hundred Eighteen (218) as shown on the
recorded Plat of Bowman's Sixth Addition to the City of
South Bend, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 89 in the Office
of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indian.
2. The Husband shall become the sole owner of the 1961 Ford truck
and the Wife shall become the sole owner of the 1978 Ford LTD.

3. Each party shall become the sole owner of all articles of
furniture, furnishings, household goods and other personal property in the
possession of each party as of the date of the entry of this Decree.
