The August 2, 1994 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
4:34 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL

Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary
Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director
Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary
Mr. James Riggs, Economic Dev. Specialist
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Tuesday. Julv 19. 1994.
Ms. Ferlic noted that item 2.a. of the Minutes states that Mr. Fewell (who is
no longer a member of the Redevelopment Authority) made the motion. Ms.
Ferlic made the motion.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Ms. Ferlic and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of
Tuesday, July 19, 1994, as corrected.
3. OLD BUSINESS
a. Authority ratification requested for Proposal for siena~e for Blackthorn Golf
Course.
Ms. Kolata explained that there were some questions at the last meeting as to
the quality of the product to be supplied by the sign companies which made
proposals. Since neither Mr. Riggs nor Mrs. Kolata were at the meeting to
respond to the questions, the Authority asked that the staff confirm the quality
of the product and authorized them to proceed with selection of a sign

Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Gammage and unanunously
carried, the Authority authorized publication of the Notice to Bidders for
miscellaneous golf course equipment.
5. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
