121-072; PROJ 308; PR 37195
DATE: 1/7/2025
It is requested the Board of Public Works approve the request to advertise for the 121-072:
Mishawaka Ave Streetscape project from Longfellow Ave to Emerson Ave.
Work includes watermain replacement, storm sewer installation, multi-use path on the south side,
bumpouts, trees, lighting and other streetscape amenities.
MWBE goals have been set at MBE = 2.33% and WBE = 4.96%.
The project is expected to be paid primarily from the 2023 TIF Bond. Additional funds from
Storm Sewer funds and River East TIF are available as needed.
