The project is for multiple improvements to the Byer’s Softball Complex. A summary of the bids is below and a detailed bid tab is attached. Yoder Construction $2,449,490.00 $3,198,819.00 3.HRP Construction $3,320,059.66 $4,175,434.96 Upon review, Premium Concrete Services and HRP Construction met the M/WBE goals for the project, however the bids were over available budget. While the base bid was within available budget, R. Yoder Construction did not meet the M/WBE goals, and it was determined by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion that they did not meet good faith efforts.
