GAMMON Approved and signed by me �C% / L— z- zg ORDINANCE NO. % // 4/ <Pa AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,220,375.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 820, RUM VILLAGE SEWER INSTALLATION PROJECT, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: As a result of the proposed construction of the Ethanol Plant and in order to encourage industrial and commercial development in the Rum Village Industrial Park, the installation of a Storm Water System and Sanitary Sewer System on Calvert Street and New Maple Road is necessary. Funds are now needed for the cost of these improvements. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: PROJECT NO. This project entails the installation of a storm water system and a sanitary sewer system on Calvert Street and New Maple Road. These improvements are necessary as a result of the proposed construction of the Ethanol Plant and in order to encourage industrial and commercial development in the Rum Village Industrial Park.
