BILL NO.33-08 AMEND CODE CHAPTER 2 ARTICLE 5PRE-APPROVED PAYMENT OF
CLAIMS
Chairman LaFountain reads a letter into the record requesting a continuance of Bill No. 33-08, at
the request of the petitioner. Councilmember Varner makes the motion to continue, seconded by
Councilmember Oliver Davis. The motion carried.
MISCELLANEOUS
Councilmember Varner requests copy of claims paid to be forwarded to Clerk's Office. Kathleen
Cekanski-Farrand stated that this is the way it used to be and could be again. Councilmember
Varner is not suggesting a new form simply, an accounting of information already a matter of
public record.
There being no further business to come before the committee, Chairperson Tom LaFountain,
adjourned the meeting at 4:08 p.m.
