AMENDMENT TO OWNER-ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. 2 1.Background Data:a.Effective Date of Owner-Engineer Agreement:September 12, 2023 b.Owner:City of South Bend c.Engineer: Abonmarche Consultantsd.Project:Downtown South Bend to Notre Dame Trail 2.Description of Modifications: a. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified asfollows:•Coordinate with developer for addition of driveway approaches on west side of Hill Street. Revise grading plans, plan and profile sheets, lighting, and landscaping plans. •Re-design of the sign foundations to include the sign base with the foundation. Design of anchor bolts for foundation installed with LaSalle Street project •Revise landscape plans per property owner requests and field modifications. •Bicycle Trail discussions and plan changes •Evaluation of existing retaining wall along the north side of South Bend Avenue; Design plans for new retaining wall b.
