Please note the attached link for the meeting recording: httys:Hdocs.southbendin.gov/WebLink/browse.asnx?dbid=0&mediaid=388371 Committee Chair Oliver Davis called to order the Zoning &Annexation Committee meeting at 5:56 p.m. Bill No. 42-24-Amending Zoning Ordinance for Property Located at 829 South 27th Street Committee Chair Davis motioned to send Bill No. 42-24 to the Committee of the Whole with no recommendation, due to the petitioner not being present, which was seconded by Committee Member Sheila Niezgodski, and carried by a vote of four(4) ayes, one (1) nay, with one (1) committee member absent. Committee Chair Dr. Davis stated that it is standard procedure to move sent something to the Committee of the Whole if the petitioner is not present. Bill No. 53-24- Special Exception at 809 Walnut Street Committee Member Niezgodski motioned to send Bill No. 53-24 to the Committee of the Whole with no recommendation, due to the petitioner not being present, which was seconded by Committee Vice-Chair Gooden Rodgers, and carried by a vote of five (4) ayes, one (1)nay, with one(1) committee member absent.
