PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Opening of Bids for Lot 2 of the Bendix Drive Minor Subdivision
SPECIFICS: The Redevelopment Commission (RDC) issued a Notice of Intended Disposition and requested bids for
property located at Lot 2 Bendix Drive Minor Subdivision. Bids are due at 9:00 a.m. on November 25 2024. Any
and all bids received by that time will be publicly opened and read aloud at the November 25th RDC meeting.
