Attached is a recorded warranty deed which was conveyed to the City of
South Bend from Mr. Paul Grothaus. This property is part of the
right-of-way of W.,Calvert Street at Michigan Street which the City
assumed they already owned. Our Engineering records have been updated
to reflect the change
I'm not quite sure if this has to go to the board or just filed in the
vault.
