Document NO. 9112454 & Document NO. 9112455 RELEASE OF TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the Civil City of South Bend, by and through its Board of Public Works, obtained a temporary easement for storm sewer purposes as a part of the Corby Street Sewer Project, which easement r' was recorded in the Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the i Recorder of St. Joseph County as Document No. 9112454, and which ; ---, exists in, upon and under the following described real estate: The South 20 feet of the North 50 feet of Lot 11 in Coquillard's First Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, the Plat of which Addition is recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 46, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana; and WHEREAS, the Civil City of South Bend also obtained a perpetual easement for storm sewer purposes as a part of the Corby Street Sewer Project, which easement was recorded in the Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder as Document No. 9112455, and which exists in, upon and under the following described real estate: The North 30 feet of Lot 11 in Coquillard`s First Addition to -the City of South Bend, Indiana, the Plat of which Addition is recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 46, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid easements are no longer required bg,the City of South Bend because of a relocation of the storm sewer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Civil City of South Bend, by and through its Board of Public Works, hereby releases and terminates all rights and interest in the temporary and perpetual easements as described above. In Witness Whereof, the members of the Board of Public Works of 'che City of South Bend, Indiana, hereby execute this release this day of December, 1991.
