FAX 2191282.2914 We are construction manager for the above facility. In order to provide a connecting tunnel from the existing building to this new building we will need to temporarily close Cedar Street to make proper excavation, construction of tunnel and moving of utility lines. We would estimate the starting of tunnel excavation on or about October 28, 1991 and completion within 180 days. The street will be properly repaired according to city specifications. Upon completion of drawings we will submit to your office for reference. By submission of this letter we are formally requesting a permit to temporarily close Cedar Street.
