WHEREAS, it appears from the records in the Auditor's office of St. Joseph County, Indiana, that heretofore
various and divers pieces, lots and tracts of land were advertised for sale at tax sale by the County Auditor under
the terms and provisions of Section 2, Chapter 224, Acts of 1941, page 716, and it further appearing that no bid
for the sale of such property, and that on the first Monday of December, 19 86_-, as provided by
I "fir he County Auditor bid in such property for St. Joseph County.
, WHEREAS, said property having not been redeemed, St. Joseph County became the owner thereof,
Board of Commissioners of the County of St. Joseph did on the _25-th, day of June_-, 19-1_,
at a regular meeting of said board, order that said parcels, lots and tracts of said real estate as hereinafter de-
scribed, be sold by the County Auditor on the --Qth_ day of August_,19_L,
At the lobby of the County -City Building in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County,
Indiana, for cash and for not less than the appraised -value thereof, as provided for
and pursuant to I.C. 36-1-11 ET SEQ.
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that notice of the time, terms and place of sale of said real estate was pub-
lished and posted as required by law,
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that on the day named in the order of the Board of Commissioners of the Coun-
ty of St. Joseph, and in the notice as published and posted, the said County Auditor did offer said real estate for
