DEED
I am enclosing a deed for a strip of land approximately 301x
3501, located along the southern border of the property at 1602 N.
Ironwood Drive, which strip of land has been deeded to the City by
the owner of the property, Richard A. Darnell.
Please fill in the "Mail Deed To:" and "Mail Tax Bills To:"
portions of the deed as you would for any other City owned property,
and have it recorded. You will notice that the above the location
for "Key Number," Mr. Darnell's attorney has penciled in "part of
24-1001-0409.r` Perhaps you can have this verified. As I said, the
property transferred by the deed is along the southern edge of the
property at 1602 N. Ironwood Drive.
When you receive the deed back from the Recorder's office,
You should include it in your file on the transfer of the Maple Lane
School property by the South Bend School Corporation to the City.
You should also file a copy of the deed in
your file on
Agreement between Darnell and the City that was executedthe
orrchase about
December 18, 1989.
